SUSTAINABILITY
One of the main goals of London Fashion Council is to focus on sustainable and ethical fashion and help to raise awareness of the importance of protecting our planet and the life in it, in accordance with the UN-backed Sustainable Development Goals
The Council will provide the platform to honour those brands who engage and contribute to raise awareness and protect our planet, by playing an active role in encouraging positive change, supporting sustainability, promoting a cleaner and better world for generations to come, by producing high-quality, eco-friendly garments.
Conscious fashion is at the center of the values of London Fashion Council and “green” fashion shows are intrinsically part of the runways of the Council’s fashion show events.
Our aim is to focus all year long on sustainable issues and take part in numerous events associated with environmental matters. We are committed to raising awareness on fashion sustainability, following the guidelines and values shared by the Mayor of London .
