House of Ruth Atelier is a conceptual brand that is born out of a passion and love for indigenous African textiles. The Founder of the brand has drawn on the rich textile heritage obtained from her Yoruba culture. The hand woven Aso-Oke cloth is an integral part of the brand and it’s collections. The vision of the label is to redefine the African Fashion Landscape and bridal market by creating a seamless synergy between indigenous textiles, western fabrics and conventional bridal silhouettes. From Aso-Oke and Kente in West Africa to Mpumalanga in South Africa; House of Ruth ethos is to combine the African aesthetic with the European silhouette to create exceptional fashion.
